We built the app around how patrols actually run — so nothing important gets lost in a group chat and every member knows where they stand.
The Academy
Six Core Skills modules prepare every member for their first shift. Patrol Learning and Refreshers & Updates keep you current afterwards, and we'll keep adding optional courses to help members develop — Conflict Management is one example of what's planned — and find practical, in-person training you can attend.

A notification when a patrol is added, a shift changes or the team needs to know something. No noise, no group-chat chaos.

Team Leaders can brief the group, keep everyone in touch and see who's confirmed before the night starts.

Our Android app is going through its final development and will be available to download from the Google Play Store soon. In the meantime, members can add The Patrol straight to their phone's home screen — it takes less than a minute.

Using Safari

Open The Patrol in Safari
Go to the Patrol website and log in. It must be Safari — not Chrome or a link opened inside another app.

Tap the Share button
Look at the bottom of your screen and tap the share button (the square with an arrow).

Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
In the menu, find and tap “Add to Home Screen”.

Tap Add
That's it! The Patrol crest appears on your home screen and opens full-screen like an app.

How you get it
The app comes with membership.
Anyone can create an account and apply to join The Patrol. Member areas remain locked while your application and onboarding are completed, and full access is only unlocked once you've been approved as Patrol Ready.

- 2Meet the team and complete onboarding.
- 3Once approved as Patrol Ready, join patrols in the app.
